Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Furniture Mover & Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience moving, delivering, and assembling furniture in residential settings. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, a positive attitude, and attention to detail to ensure each customer's home is treated with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Safely load, transport, and unload furniture and related items.
Assemble and install furniture in customer homes according to instructions and quality standards.
Handle products carefully to prevent damage during delivery or installation.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers in both English and Spanish.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies during moves and deliveries.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Ensure all jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Qualifications
Previous moving or furniture delivery experience required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs) safely.
Basic furniture assembly skills and familiarity with hand tools.
Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
Must speak and understand English and Spanish (bilingual required).
Valid driver's license preferred.
Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
Work Environment
Physically active role with frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
Work performed in customer homes and warehouse environments.
May include weekends or variable hours based on delivery schedules.
