Joe's on the Beach has been a Sunshine Coast staple for 4 years. We serve fresh, approachable food right on Davis Bay beach in Sechelt, one of the best settings on the coast. We change up the menu regularly and run specials to keep things interesting for the team. We do year-round service plus events, catering and weddings. We are looking for people at all skill levels to join the crew.

-Competitive wage $19-24/hr based on experience + tip pool (minimum $22/hr with tips)

What You'll Do
-Execute the line efficiently (or learn how to) during service: grill, saute, fry, cold station (depending on rotation or what you are training on)
-Prep and set up your station before service
-Follow recipes and plating standards consistently
-Maintain a clean, organized station throughout service
-Communicate clearly with the team under pressure
-Help with prep and cleaning as part of the kitchen rotation
What We're Looking For
-Any experience level considered, we train the right people
-Food Safe Level 1 (or willing to get it)
-Reliable transportation to Davis Bay, Sechelt
-Shows up. Cares. Can hold a section under pressure.
Shifts available from early mornings to late nights. Full-time and part-time positions available. Schedules are posted weekly. Weekends are appreciated but we work with what you've got.
