Part-Time Pharmacist – North York
Ultima Pharmacy & Clinic is seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and patient-focused Part-Time Pharmacist to join our independent community pharmacy in North York.
Schedule
Approximately 2:00 PM–7:00 PM, 2–3 weekdays per week.
Responsibilities
- Prescription processing and pharmacist verification
- Reviewing drug interactions and medication-related concerns
- Patient counselling and medication education
- Conducting minor ailment assessments and prescribing when appropriate
- Providing injections and vaccinations
- Providing other professional pharmacy services
- Communicating effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Supporting the pharmacy team with daily workflow and patient care
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Authorized to provide injections in Ontario
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills are required
- Strong interpersonal and patient-care skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Assets
- Our pharmacy uses Fillware; previous Fillware experience is an asset
- Fluency in Farsi or Chinese is an asset
