Mission Village Health is a brand-new, modern multidisciplinary clinic opening in Mission Village (Ponds Community), Kelowna. We are an integrated team focused on evidence-based musculoskeletal and rehabilitative care in a collaborative, outcome-driven environment.
We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist who values clinical autonomy, interdisciplinary teamwork, and delivering high-quality evidence based patient care.

About the Clinic
Mission Village Health is a conservative care clinic emphasizing:

You’ll be working alongside chiropractic, massage therapy, and acupuncture providers in a professional, team-oriented setting with strong internal referral flow.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, and evidence-based modalities
- Maintain clinical documentation using JaneApp EMR
- Collaborate with other providers on co-managed cases
Ideal Candidate
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
- Strong orthopedic and MSK assessment skills
- Patient centered treatment
- IMS certified
- Values active rehab and patient education
- Team-oriented and professional
- Motivated to grow a caseload within a collaborative clinic
Compensation
Independent contractor split — competitive and based on experience. High earning potential supported by internal referrals, marketing, and administrative systems.
Flexible start dates available.
