Starting wage: $24.00/hour. With paid breaks, this is equivalent to approximately $26.47/hour compared to roles with unpaid breaks.

What You'll Do
As a Floor Manager at our Shelbourne Street location, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Support and coordinate store participation in events, pop-ups, and location-based visits (LP visits).
- Assist in translating corporate objectives into actionable store, team, and individual goals.
- Conduct and support store audits to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Monitor, manage, and maintain inventory and stock levels.
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation standards are consistently met.
- Oversee store safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Act as the primary store representative for external representatives, vendors, and officials.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to store employees.
- Support onboarding, training, coaching, and disciplinary processes when required.
- Supervise staff performance to ensure strong customer service, teamwork, upselling, and adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to support daily operations and execution.
- Resolve operational issues through effective problem-solving and sound decision-making.
- Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support sales performance.
- Process returns, exchanges, and store credit transactions.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including cash-outs and change exchanges.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures for the store.
What We're Looking For

Full-time availability.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory, key holder, or management role.
- Minimum 2 years of full-time customer service experience.
- Must be 19+ years of age and legally eligible to work in the cannabis industry.
- Valid Selling It Right certificate (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle issues as they arise.
- Proven reliability and ability to maintain scheduling commitments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to lift boxes up to approximately 10 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.
