We are a fast-growing automotive repair shop committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our customers. We have expanded into a new facility and are currently seeking a motivated, growth-driven Service Advisor / Administrative Coordinator who thrives in a customer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival or via call/text, or email, creating a welcoming environment.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the flow of work orders efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle repairs, maintenance needs, and service recommendations.
- Contact customers to recommend additional services or repairs when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation of all financial interactions.
- Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to understand vehicle issues and ensure accurate communication of repair estimates.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information in the dealership management system.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required
- Some mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding vehicle issues and communicating effectively with technicians.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle inquiries professionally.
- Sales experience, including services or products, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic computer skills for managing appointments and records. Quickbooks online experience would be highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and scheduling.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
