Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi rolls and other Japanese dishes according to recipes
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills and sushi rolling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and ingredients
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
