Epoxy Experts has been in business for 5 years. We currently run one crew, operate our own showroom, and are one of the fastest growing epoxy flooring companies in the Lower Mainland. We’re just getting started, and we’re building the team that’s going to scale this thing.
We’re not hiring to fill a spot. We’re hiring to find someone who wants to grow with us. As we scale from one crew to multiple crews, from one showroom to a full operation, the people who are here now and prove themselves will be the ones leading it. The sky is the limit.
You start as a labourer. You prove you can prep, mix, and execute. Then you move up. We promote from within. Always. We’re looking for people who show up, learn fast, and want to build something bigger than just a paycheque.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Surface preparation: grinding, shot blasting, crack repair, and moisture testing
- Mixing and applying epoxy coatings, polyaspartics, and urethanes
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
- Loading/unloading equipment and materials from trucks
- Working alongside the lead installer and following direction with precision
- Communicating with homeowners and business owners professionally
- Learning the trade. Every job is a training opportunity if you pay attention
THE HOURS (REAL TALK)
Epoxy is a seasonal business. When it’s busy, we work. When it slows down, you get time back. Here’s what that actually looks like:
Overtime Rate: $33/hr (time and a half after 40 hours/week)
Estimated Annual Earnings: $50,000–$67,000+ depending on hours and season.
WHERE THIS GOES (YOUR GROWTH PATH)
We don’t hire people to stay at the bottom. We hire people to grow. Here’s the path:
Level 1
Role: Labourer
What It Takes: Show up on time, follow directions, work hard, learn the trade. This is where you prove yourself.
Level 2
Role: Installer
What It Takes: You can prep and coat a floor independently. You understand products, timing, and quality standards.
Level 3
Role: Lead Installer
What It Takes: You run the job site. You manage the crew, communicate with clients, and ensure flawless execution.
Level 4
Role: Crew Manager
What It Takes: You oversee multiple crews and jobs. You’re training the next generation and managing schedules.
Level 5
Role: Operations / Partner
What It Takes: You’re running a division. Revenue responsibility. Real ownership in the growth of the company.
How fast you move is up to you. We don’t promote based on time served. We promote based on skill, attitude, and results.
WHO YOU ARE
- You’re reliable. If you say you’ll be there at 6 AM, you’re there at 5:50.
- You’re not afraid of hard, physical work in heat, cold, dust, and fumes.
- You take ownership. You don’t wait to be told what’s next — you look for it.
- You want to learn a skilled trade, not just collect a paycheck.
- You can lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet for 10+ hour days.
- You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- You communicate clearly and treat clients and teammates with respect.
Experience in epoxy, concrete, construction, or trades is a plus — but not required. We’ll train the right person. Attitude beats experience every time.

COMPENSATION
- Base Rate: $22/hour + 4% Vacation Pay
- Overtime: $33/hour (time and a half after 40 hrs/week)
- Estimated Annual Earnings: $50,000–$67,000+
- Pay increases tied to skill development and promotion
- Seasonal hours with heavy earning potential in spring/summer
