Antique Granite is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Countertop Installer to join our team. We specialize in custom fabrication and installation of high-end natural stone and quartz countertops.
As the Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring flawless installations and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to install granite, quartz, and other stone countertops.
- Perform on-site measurements, leveling, and seaming.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site installation challenges.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Interact with clients professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in countertop installation.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
