Job description:
We are currently hiring a Journeyman to join our team full-time for our afternoon shift. This position involves a mix of CNC machining, repair work, and precision fabrication. You’ll work hands-on with a wide variety of parts, using both CNC lathes, mills, and shop tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual and CNC lathes, mills, and drill presses
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Fabricate, repair, and modify industrial parts to exact tolerances
- Inspect and verify dimensions and quality of finished work
- Maintain shop equipment and ensure tools are in safe, working condition
- Work independently and as part of a small, skilled team
- Contribute to a positive, safe, and productive work environment
Qualifications
- Journeyman Machinist certification
- Experience in oilfield, industrial, or mechanical machining environments preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and precision-measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship
- Capable of lifting and handling heavy components safely
