**The Role**
This is not a typical receptionist position. You are the first impression, the closer, and a brand ambassador — all in one. You will greet patients, guide them through treatment options, convert consultations into bookings, and actively promote the clinic through your own network and social presence.

**What You'll Do**
- Manage front desk operations: bookings, check-ins, follow-ups, and patient communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Educate clients on treatment options and guide them toward the right services for their goals
- Convert consultations into bookings and upsell treatment packages
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive retention and referrals
- Create and share content on your personal social media that showcases the clinic's work and culture
- Support clinic social media and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with injectors and management to ensure a seamless patient experience

**What We're Looking For**
- Genuine knowledge of aesthetic treatments, cosmetic procedures, and anti-aging solutions — you can speak confidently about the difference between Botox and filler, or why someone needs Sculptra instead
- Sales and/or marketing experience — you know how to guide a decision without pressure
- Strong customer service background in a client-facing role
- An active social media presence and willingness to promote the clinic authentically online
- An existing network in beauty, wellness, or aesthetics in the North Vancouver / West Vancouver area is a strong advantage
- Second language is a strong asset (Persian/Farsi, Korean, Mandarin, Tagalog, or other)
- Proficiency with booking or CRM software (Jane App experience is a bonus)
- Professional appearance and polished, warm communication style
