Summary
We are seeking 1rst - 4th year Apprentice Electricians to join our dynamic team at TRU Electric Ltd. located in Calgary.
Type of electrical work
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing and maintaining electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Participate in the troubleshooting of electrical issues under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support the team in various construction tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the successful completion of projects on time.
Qualifications
- Previous experience or training as an industrial electrician is highly required to be considered
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is required.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints is a plus.
- Strong communication and reading skills are required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- MUST LIVE IN CALGARY CITY LIMITS
- Reliable transportation
- 1-5 years applicable construction experience, Eg: framed, carpentry, worked in another trade.
- Required: Has own hand tools and steel toe boots

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
