The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality preventive dental care, educating patients on oral health, and supporting the overall patient experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar dental management software.
- Ensure a sterile and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns and answering questions.
- Support pediatric patients by creating a comfortable environment during visits.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and confirming patient details.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental assisting procedures is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Abeldent dental management software is highly desirable.
- Experience working with orthodontic or pediatric patients is a plus.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations
- Bilingual skills are beneficial for serving a broader segment of the community.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:45 to 4:15 no weekends or evening
