Assistant General Manager (Full-Time) – Rae’s Bistro

Rae’s Bistro is looking for a driven and dependable Assistant General Manager to help lead our team and elevate our operation to the next level.
This is not an entry-level management role. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front, stays composed under pressure, and takes ownership of results.
What You’ll Do
- Support the General Manager in daily operations
- Lead and motivate front-of-house teams during service
- Deliver consistent, high-level guest experiences
- Maintain strong standards in service, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and team development
- Handle guest concerns with confidence and professionalism
- Step in wherever needed—no task is beneath you
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant leadership experience (Supervisor or Manager level)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stay calm, decisive, and solution-focused under pressure
- High accountability and attention to detail
- Someone who leads with consistency, urgency, and professionalism
- Availability for evenings and weekends

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
