Your Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, professional massage treatments following CMTO regulations and established spa protocols.
- Ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience, prioritizing client health and safety.
- Encourage client rebooking and accurately document after-service notes.
- Enthusiastically participate in new spa initiatives and team growth.
What We Need
- A positive demeanor with a genuine passion for client well-being.
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Current liability and malpractice insurance.
- Strong commitment to ethical standards and best practices.
