The Role
As an RMT at elmspa, you will provide exceptional care through a wide range of modalities in a diverse and exciting work environment.
- Personalized Care: Deliver therapeutic, relaxation, and prenatal massages tailored to client goals.
- Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments to create customized treatment plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, digital client records using company-issued iPads.
- Collaboration: Work alongside our "Spa Care Experts™" to ensure a seamless, world-class guest experience.
- Holistic Wellness: Utilize our steam rooms, saunas, and rain showers to enhance the client’s journey.
Who You Are
- Qualified: A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the CMTO.
- Insured: Proof of valid liability/malpractice insurance.
- Compassionate: A warm, friendly professional who is truly concerned with the well-being of their clients.
- Communicative: Strong interpersonal skills to create a nurturing experience.
- Flexible: Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our guests (7 days a week).
