Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Coordinator, Estimator, and or Project Manager to oversee and execute large-scale construction projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, preparing accurate estimates, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Duties
- Coordinate all phases of infrastructure construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates
- Develop comprehensive project plans
- Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Utilize Bluebeam for document management, plan review, markup, and collaboration across project teams.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services aligned with project specifications.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings; address issues proactively to minimize delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret plans and specifications for accurate execution.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management within the infrastructure or heavy civil construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in Bluebeam software for document control and collaboration.
- Construction-related certifications or licenses are a plus but not mandatory.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
This role is integral to the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects, requiring a combination of technical expertise, leadership ability, and strategic planning skills to drive results effectively.
Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
