The Role
As our Business Development Manager, your primary mission is to hunt for new business and secure security service contracts. You won't just be selling; you will be building strategic alliances with major corporate clients, property management groups, venue owners, and prime national security agencies for subcontracting opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Hunting: Actively identify, source, and pursue new contract opportunities across commercial, residential, corporate, and entertainment sectors.
- Strategic Partnerships: Network with major regional and national security firms to secure profitable subcontracting and partnership agreements.
- B2B Pitching & Proposals: Build compelling, professional contract proposals and deliver winning pitches to corporate decision-makers.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and foster long-term relationships with current and future partners.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor positioning, and market demands to continuously refine our growth strategy.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Track Record: 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate business development, or contract acquisition (experience within the security, logistics, or facility management industries is a massive asset).
- The "Hunter" Mentality: A self-starter who is motivated by uncapped commission and possesses a relentless drive to close deals.
- Exceptional Communication: Top-tier negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand complex client needs and draft precise, profitable service proposals.
- Local Market Expertise: Deep familiarity with the local and regional business landscape. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required for client meetings.
