Senior Project Manager in Vaughan for one of its valued partners, a well-established, employee-owned civil engineering firm known for delivering innovative municipal and land development solutions across Canada and internationally.
In this position, you will lead a team of designers while overseeing the full lifecycle of urban and greenfield development projects, from initial concept through approvals and final implementation. You will play a key role in driving project execution, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple client engagements. Salary 130k-160k

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple land development projects from concept through approval and construction
- Oversee the design and delivery of municipal servicing, stormwater management, and site development plans
- Guide and mentor a team of junior and intermediate designers, supporting their professional growth
- Prepare and review functional servicing reports and engineering design documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely project delivery
- Ensure all designs meet applicable engineering standards, guidelines, and municipal requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations across multiple engagements
Senior Project Manager Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or C.E.T. designation (or eligibility for registration)
- 8+ years of experience within land development or municipal engineering
- Strong background in engineering design, including municipal servicing and stormwater management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and team development
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Experience preparing functional servicing reports and detailed design documentation is considered an asset
