Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience managing office procedures. This role will also involve business development, accounting/ bookkeeping and bringing new ideas to a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Office administration duties including company emails, company phone and greeting walk-in clients
- Accounting and bookkeeping tasks: AR/AP, banking, payroll, job costing, reporting, etc.
- Working alongside Operations and Sales to ensure files are handled efficiently
- Help develop procedures to streamline processes and production
- HR administration including assisting with on-boarding new staff and subcontractors
Experience
- Roofing and/or construction office experience considered an asset
- Construction accounting experience considered an asset
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and general computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Experience with data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and front desk management
Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
