We are seeking driven and outgoing Sales Representatives to identify and assist homeowners in need of roof replacements due to storm damage. As a Salesman you will generate leads.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Canvass storm-affected areas, knock doors, and generate leads.
- Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred (door-to-door, construction, or roofing sales a plus).
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation (truck preferred) and a smartphone.
- Ability to climb roofs and conduct inspections.
Compensation:
- $30 /hr with the possibility of making more based off of performance.
