Lemon Cleaners is hiring a Janitorial Cleaner to join our growing team based in Langford, BC.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in general cleaning, commercial cleaning, or residential common-area cleaning. Additional work opportunities are available for individuals interested in assisting with property move-in and move-out reset cleanings across Langford ,Victoria, and Sooke.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, has strong attention to detail, is dependable, and is interested in growing into a leadership role as the company continues to expand.
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning services at multiple properties
- Maintain common areas, entrances, lobbies, stairwells, and shared spaces
- Assist with building caretaking and general property support tasks as required
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients
- Report property deficiencies, maintenance concerns, or safety issues when observed
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Cellphone for communication and scheduling
- Ability to work independently and lead others when required

Wage
Starting at $23.00 per hour, with increases based on experience, performance, reliability, and leadership responsibilities.
