OUTSIDE SERVICES - CALEDON (ALTON, ONTARIO)
We are currently hiring Outside Services individuals to join our Golf Operations team for the 2026 season. Our Golf Operations team plays an integral role in the daily operations at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the desire to work alongside others to deliver a memorable guest experience for all those on property.
Job responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests as they arrive on property and in your work area.
- Assist guests with their golf bags and other luggage they may have.
- Prepping golf carts with scorecards, pencils, water, ice, and timecards.
- Washing, parking, and arranging golf carts in cart staging area or cart storage.
- General cart maintenance and reporting any golf cart damage as required.
- Picking and washing golf balls on the driving range.
- Ensuring the driving range and practice facilities are stocked with proper equipment and kept tidy and uncluttered.
- General grounds upkeep. Emptying garbage cans, separating cans, cleaning areas.
- Ensuring work area is always kept clean and presentable.
- Shuttle guests on shuttle carts around the property as required (ex. Clubhouse to practice facilities).
Requirements and qualifications
- Ability to work weekends.
- Willing to work outdoors in all conditions.
- Willing to work early mornings (6:00am) and late evenings (10pm) when required.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a dynamic team.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and deliver and exceptional guest experience.

Job Type: Part-time, seasonal
Compensation: $17.60 per hour
