We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about solar energy solutions, guiding them through the purchasing process, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Solar Consultant, you will leverage your technical sales expertise to analyze customer needs and negotiate the best solutions tailored to their requirements. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in an outside sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to discuss solar energy options and benefits.
- Conduct thorough analyses of customer energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in the solar industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution post-sale.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical sales or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong background in renewable energy; Solar panels are an asset
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
