We're looking for a Senior Carpenter who's been the most capable person on every site they've ever worked — and is ready for a role that finally matches that.
To thrive at Dun For You, you need to read the plans, see what's coming, make the call, and execute. You're as comfortable sequencing a complex build as you are doing precision finish work. You hold the site to a standard you'd put your name on — because out here, it matters.

Experience. 10+ years of real carpentry. You've built enough to know what good looks like and you won't accept anything less.
Autonomy. You read the plans and go. You don't need someone to walk you through it — you're already three steps ahead.
Problem solving. When something isn't right, you're not frustrated and hiding in your truck. You're figuring it out.
Self-direction. You measure your day by what got built. Productivity isn't a goal for you — it's just how you operate.

What you are delivering…
Quality: We expect to get paid at the end for a perfect job. You aren't a babysitter — quality is a joint task between you and the crew. You set the standard by being picky, and you're the extra set of eyes that makes sure we're delivering all the way through.
Efficiency: We track hours on site and whether we're hitting or beating budgets. Your experience and sequencing ability helps the crew see what's next and keeps the job running clean.
Client Experience: We want every customer to refer us. You understand we're the experts, and it's our job to deliver a seamless experience from start to finish.
