The Pool Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring good quality guest service while efficiently running the Pool Desk and Gift Shop. This is a hands-on customer facing role. There is a possibility that this role could become full time after September.

Responsibilities.
- Providing a high standard of Customer Service
- Manage in person and telephone reservations and enquiries.
- Register guests; collecting necessary information
- Operates POS, cash handling, operating credit and debit card machines
- General cleaning of the Changerooms, Pool Lobby, Pool Deck and Gift Shop
- Checks and ensures guest safety around the pool area.
- Keeping daily records; including First Aid Incident forms, Cleaning Checklists and recording Lost and Found items
- Restocking Gift Shop merchandise
- Performs other duties as assigned by Pool Supervisor
- Reports to Pool Supervisor
Skill Requirements.
- Experience in Customer Service, Front Desk or similar role
- Experience with POS systems, credit and debit card terminals
- Customer Service Attitude; maintains a polite and pleasant attitude even in the event of provocation
- Maintains a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks with an eye to detail
- Professional attitude, team player
- Willingness to work varied shifts; including holidays, evenings and weekends
Pay: From $20.20 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
