Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence‑based therapy to children, adults, couples, or families
- Maintain ethical, client‑centered, trauma‑informed practice
- Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth scheduling and workflow
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in case consultation as needed
Qualifications
- Registration with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers (NSCSW)
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (required)
- Private Practice License (required)
- Liability insurance (required)
- Experience providing mental health treatment to children, adults, or couples
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
