Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is essential in expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, and the ability to leverage marketing and technology tools to achieve business growth.
Duties
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through marketing, cold outreach, and networking efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements relevant to our products and services
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience
- Asset: experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales processes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
- Prior experience in business development roles within technology or related industries is preferred
