The Company
Alpha3dge Group handles in-person promotional campaigns for consumer brands that people already know. We place our team at live events across North York and we're responsible for how those brands come across to the public. That's not a small thing, and we don't treat it like one.
The Position
Brand Ambassador, full-time, North York. You'll be on location at promotional events representing client brands directly to consumers. Think less trade show booth, more active field presence — you're moving, you're talking, you're the face of whatever brand you're representing that day.
What You'll Actually Do
- Show up to activations on time and prepared
- Learn the brand and campaign you're working before you hit the floor
- Open conversations with consumers naturally — no script, no pressure tactics
- Share product and promotional information clearly and answer questions with confidence
- Bring each conversation to a proper close when it reaches its natural end
- Record shift activity accurately and pass relevant observations back to the team
- Attend training between activations and take it seriously

- Can represent a brand with the same enthusiasm on day one as three weeks in
- Wants to grow and understands that growth here comes from performance, not from waiting
- Previous experience in brand promotion, events, or any public-facing role is welcome — not a prerequisite
- Full-time availability and reliable transportation to North York locations required
