This role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction, submitting warranty obligations and contacting suppliers for part ordering information. Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Contact suppliers as required to inquire about pricing and availability of parts needed for jobs
- Warranty inquiries and forms to be completed whenever necessary
Qualifications
- G2 certified or higher
- Minimum 3 years experience in service and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with plumbing systems, boiler operations, and appliance repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license is a must.
- Reliability and dependability is a must.
- Willingness to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Installation experience an asset as you may be asked to assist on install projects when necessary
- 313A refrigeration an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00-$70.00 per hour
