Job Overview
VIP Maintenance Roofing Sub-contractor (Shingle)
– Metro Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, West Vancouver
VIP Maintenance is growing and looking for experienced residential steep roofers who take pride in doing things properly.
We’re not a churn-and-burn roofing company. We focus on quality work, strong systems, and building a team that actually wants to stay.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installation of asphalt shingles (architectural + premium systems)
- Tear-offs, prep, and full re-roofs
- Flashing work (valleys, chimneys, vents, skylights)
- Working safely on steep slope residential roofs
- Maintaining clean, organized job sites
- Communicating clearly with crew leads and supervisors
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in residential shingling (more is better)
- Comfortable on steep slopes
- Strong attention to detail (this matters here)
- Shows up on time, works hard, no babysitting required
- Takes pride in clean work and proper installs
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
