Server / Customer Service Associate
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with professionalism and warmth during high pressure times and busy times (weekends and long
- Take orders accurately using POS systems
- Prepare and package desserts, pastries, and beverages neatly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas and patio
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Restock products and monitor presentation of displays
- Work collaboratively with the and café team members
- Help maintain Metanoia’s high standards of hospitality and presentation
Qualifications
- Previous café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Passion for hospitality, coffee, desserts, and guest experience
