Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the field. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our technology solutions.
- Analyze client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in automotive sales
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Experience in account management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
