Babin's Automotive is growing fast with two locations and more expansion ahead and we’re looking for an Experienced Service Advisor to join our team.
This is a key role in our operation. You’ll be the main connection between our clients and the shop, helping ensure every customer experience is smooth, clear, and professional from first contact to final invoice.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet customers and handle phone and in-person inquiries professionally
- Schedule service appointments and help manage shop workflow
- Communicate recommendations, timelines, and updates between technicians and clients
- Create accurate work orders and maintain detailed service records
- Process invoicing and handle payments
- Support day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth client experience
- Keep communication clear, consistent, and professional at all times
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role
- Strong understanding of vehicle repairs, maintenance, and parts
- Experience with fleet accounts and billing processes is a strong asset
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A team-focused attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Basic computer skills; experience with Tekmetric is a strong asset

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
