What you will be required to do:
-
Pre-trip/Post trip inspections.
-
Hauling material to job site.
-
Hauling Asphalt from Plant to job site.
-
Responsible for tarping and securing loads.
-
Maintain vehicle in a clean, organized and safe fashion.
-
Shift work (Day/Night shift) Seasonal.
-
Weekend work required.
-
Overtime required.
What we are looking for:
-
Responsible, safe and dependable drivers.
-
Class 3 License with air endorsement.
-
Drive Manual or Automatic Transmission.
-
2 year Heavy Truck experience.
-
Dump Truck Experience.
-
Asphalt Experience ( considered an asset).
-
Able to operate loader considered an asset).
-
Problem solving/ Work Independently.
-
Basic Mechanical Knowledge.
-
Available to work Weekends as needed.
-
Able to work overtime.
-
Team player.
-
Follow instructions from dispatcher.
-
Navigate to job sites.
-
Driver Abstract required.
-
Criminal record check required.
-
Wage negotiable - dependent on experience.
