We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Delivery AMER team in Canada. This role is remote‑based within Canada, with travel required for project site visits.

Job Responsibilities:

Review key contracts, identify Owner deliverables, and prepare deliverable overview.
- Merge project schedules and perform regular schedule updates and analysis.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project reports including tracking and analysis KPIs.
- Set up progress tracking sheets for Management team.
- Facilitate monthly updates of risk and opportunities with key project team members.
- Update contractual milestones in our Power BI system monthly.
- Set-up and maintain data room.
- Track timely document submittals from subcontractors happens timely including as-built documentation.
- Track change orders and notices, major invoices, and insurance claims, as needed.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and effective presentations.
Required Qualifications:

Prior experience working on wind and/or solar energy projects is essential for this role.
- Proven track record of successful experience in both development and construction management of renewable energy projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field; PMP a plus.
- 2-5 years of working proven experience in handing projects in an international environment.
- Proficient user of MS Office suite, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Understanding of key commercial contracts & insurance plans.
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s license in their state of residence.
- Fluency in English is required for this position, as the role operates in a global environment and involves daily collaboration with regional and international teams, senior stakeholders, and partners across multiple countries.
