We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Property Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in administering lease agreements, liaising with tenants, and assisting senior asset management staff with ensuring that all properties are adequately managed and maintained. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Commercial Property Administrator will work closely with asset managers, tenants, and vendors to facilitate smooth leasing operations.
Duties
- Manage and maintain lease files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of lease agreements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with asset management to ensure tenant compliance with lease terms.
- Perform data entry tasks related to lease agreements and tenant information.
- Maintain organized records of all correspondence related to leases.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) system to track tenant interactions and service requests.
- Prepare work orders and assign trades to repair/service work.
- Prepare and submit requests for quotes and summarize results for senior staff.
- Handle phone communications professionally, addressing tenant concerns and inquiries promptly.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong experience in property administration is required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and vendors.
- Proficiency in data entry and file management systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to address problems effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
