Good Way Homes is hiring motivated Labourers and Carpenter Apprentices to join our growing construction team. These roles are great for individuals looking to build a long-term career in construction and gain experience on a variety of residential and modular home projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled workers with daily construction tasks, including lifting, carrying, and assembling materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure all safety measures are strictly adhered to.
- Operate tools and equipment under the supervision of a mentor.
- Assist with preparing materials and setting up the site.
- Help with framing, installation, material prep, and assembly work.
- Follow Good Way Homes and WorkSafe BC safety protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
Qualifications:
- Strong desire to pursue a career in construction.
- Must have a solid work ethic, be reliable, and show initiative.
- Ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina, ability to lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience or coursework in construction is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to comply with safety standards and workplace regulations

Working Hours:
- Full-time position
- Must be available to work both weekends and regular weekdays as required by project schedules.
- Travel may be required for out-of-town projects.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions on active job sites
