Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – FULL TIME- 4 month Paternity leave coverage
Join Agape Dental Clinic, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our fantastic team in South east Edmonton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality preventive dental care, educating patients on oral health, and supporting the overall patient experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on patient comfort and care in a temporary full time role.
Schedule
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
Hours: Monday to Wednesday 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday, Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits
Wage: $55.00 to $70.00 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications
Registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Dental Hygienists of Alberta (CRDHA)
Previous clinical experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to work well within a team environment and maintain professionalism at all times
Duties
- Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
- Assist in diagnosing periodontal issues and recommend appropriate treatment options
- Support the dental team with procedures such as applying sealants or fluoride treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records within our dental management software
- Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns during visits
- Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to deliver seamless patient care
- Adhere to all safety, health, and infection control protocols
