Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every visitor experiences comfort and satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture, adhering to company standards.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and minibar supplies to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and stairwells to uphold a high standard of hospitality.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Provide friendly service by responding courteously to guest requests or inquiries related to room cleanliness or amenities.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts comfortably.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service principles is a plus.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
