Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage and oversee all accounting and financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and Odoo, and will ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial records.
This role requires strong independence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and Odoo.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and Odoo ERP system.
- Experience in payroll, AP/AR, and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
