Borderlands Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in High Level, Alberta.
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while helping our busy service department operate efficiently and profitably.

Your Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and creating a welcoming service experience
- Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting repair requests
- Preparing repair orders and communicating effectively with technicians
- Explaining maintenance recommendations and repair options
- Providing accurate estimates and realistic completion timelines
- Coordinating with the Parts Department to ensure efficient repairs
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
- Following up after service to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Helping drive customer retention through outstanding communication and service
- Working closely with the Service Manager and team to achieve department goals
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous Service Advisor experience (preferred)
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Enjoys building relationships with customers
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Is organized, dependable, and solution-focused
- Can multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Has knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes
- Has experience with dealership management systems such as PBS, CDK, or Reynolds & Reynolds (an asset).
- Holds a valid driver's licence
