Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and efficiency
- Follow all food handling protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination
- Assist with meal preparation during busy service hours to support smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and guest satisfaction
Experience
- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Experience with serving guests or working directly with customers is a plus
- Kitchen experience involving meal preparation, food industry standards, and teamwork will help you succeed in this role

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
