5 Star Paving is currently looking for an experienced Foreman to join our growing team in the Excavating & Grading division.
The qualified applicants should posses the following attributes:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar type of work
- Ability to read and understand drawings, perform job layouts & operate survey equipment.
- This position is a full-time position with an average of 50-55 per week
- Communication with clients and co-worker’s industry practices and codes
- Must be able to fully understand Excavating & Grading
- Must have a valid ‘G’ drivers licence with a clean abstract
- Ability to operate Excavator, Dozer, Skid-steer is an asset
- Safety, First-aid training, WHMIS and other certifications
- Supervise, lead and direct a crew of 2 to 4 people.
- Must be honest, reliable and hard working
- Prepare daily reports, time sheets etc.
