Job Description:
The Overhead door company of Peterborough is seeking a mechanically inclined individual who enjoys the construction field. Trainees will be trained to install and repair overhead doors and openers. Trainees need to be reliable, self motivated and willing to learn. Trainees will be placed with experienced installers and technicians to learn how to properly install equipment. Trainees can progress to be on the road in a company truck earning a competitive wage installing and servicing garage door systems, with opportunity for acceleration dependent on development of skills.
Job Requirements:
- Must have own transportation
- Clean Drivers abstract
- Valid G drivers license
- Ability to perform daily duties with no physical limitations
- Professional demeaner with a focus on quality
- Hold a strong work ethic
- Criminal Records Check

Schedule
- Shift 8-4:30 Mon-Friday Guaranteed (increased hours to finish urgent projects may be required on occasion)
- Overtime available
- Saturday work available Sept-January during busy season
Experience:
- Construction (Preferred)
- Mechanical skills (Preferred)
- Aluminum Cladding (preferred)
- Welding Experience (preferred)
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
