Procom is looking to add a Bilingual Commercial Contracts Specialist to the team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role sitting within the Growth Office, reporting to the CRO with a dotted line to General Counsel. You'll own the full contract lifecycle across both our Consulting Services and Workforce Solutions lines of business — from the first client introduction through signed agreement, renewals, and amendments. You'll be positioned as a commercial subject matter expert and trusted partner, not a gatekeeper.

5+ years of commercial contract negotiation experience in professional services, IT outsourcing, staffing, BPO, or a related industry
A strong grasp of commercial contract structures: rate cards, rebate structures, indemnification, liability caps, and payment terms
Contract management certification (CCCM, CCMP, SCMP, CPSM, or equivalent)
This is an active position. The salary range for this position is $92,300 - $115,400/ year.
