Overview
We are looking for a Screen Print / DTF Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate has experience operating screen printing or DTF equipment on clothes, hat, bags etc. and can work efficiently while maintaining print quality and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate DTF and/or screen printing equipment
- Set up machines and prepare materials for production
- Load garments and other materials correctly
- Monitor print quality, alignment, and color accuracy
- Prepare and handle inks, films, screens, and printing materials
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
- Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues
- Fold, pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized production areas
- Clean and maintain printing equipment after production
- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous DTF or screen printing experience is an asset
- Experience operating printing machinery preferred
- Good attention to detail and print quality
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
