Position Title: Warehouse Lead Hand

We're looking for the best and brightest to take our Warehouse department to the next level during the day, afternoon, and night shifts. Shifts:
- Night - 1:00am – 9:00am (Sunday to Thursday)

Responsibilities:
- Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
- Rotate through and train on all aspects of warehouse and distribution processes across all shifts to maintain a well-rounded understanding of the operation.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, motivation, and direction to warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational questions or concerns from team members during the shift.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control activities.
- Support shift planning by coordinating labor and resources to meet daily workload demands.
- Monitor team performance and report any issues, delays, or deviations from standard procedures to the Supervisor.
- Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and cross-training for existing staff as directed.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide recommendations on process improvement and assists in implementation.
- Prepare and monitor team objectives for the shift, based on the needs of your shift.
- Planning, coordinating and verifying information is essential to the success of the operation.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

- Lead hand experience is required.
- 3 years warehouse experience in a high volume, fast paced distribution operation required.
- Forklift certification, with clamp driving experience required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity using a Warehouse Management System preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
