Description :
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, this individual coordinates project activities, monitors schedules and deliverables, facilitates communication between stakeholders, and ensures that project documentation is accurate and up to date. He contributes to the efficient execution of projects while helping maintain Beaudoin Construction's high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Tasks :
- Prepare and update the schedule and short-term plans
- Obtain and analyze submissions or proposals for change
- Effectively use the tools and technologies at his disposal
· Rigorously follow up on the various deliverables during the project
- Ensure client and collaborator satisfaction during and at the end of project
Requirements :
-Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction, engineering, consulting or architectural industry
-Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
-Proven experience working for a general contractor
-Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel to project sites as required
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
