Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Security District Manager to lead our security operations across multiple locations within a designated district. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise multiple security teams across various sites within the district, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations
- Develop and implement strategic security plans tailored to each location’s unique needs
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities for service expansion and strengthening client relationships
- Oversee project management initiatives related to security system upgrades, process improvements, and operational efficiencies
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews to maintain high safety standards and compliance with regulations
- Provide leadership in crisis management situations, coordinating responses with emergency responders when necessary
- Foster a team-oriented environment through coaching, training, and motivating staff to achieve performance goals
Skills
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the security or related industry
